THE MOM'S HELPER
Policies and Procedures

All students must wear a safety belt at all times. Boosters are required for any students under age 8 or 4'8"and must be provided by the parent.

If your child is not feeling well, goes home early, or is absent from school please notify The Mom's Helper immediately at support@themomshelper.com or 414-399-0776. To protect the safety of other students we will not transport any children displaying any virus symptoms and will contact, you, the parent, immediately.

There is a 5 minute waiting time from the time of dismissal for students to get in the vehicle, as children from other schools are waiting. There is a $10 extra trip charge if your student should miss the vehicle.

Your child will be assigned a specific driver but any of our drivers may transport your child. All drivers go through a thorough background check and drug test. We have a zero tolerance policy.
Payments:

Payments are paid in advance - due on Sunday of each week. (Any payment received after 11:59 pm on Sunday will be charged a 15.00 late fee per day.)

A non-refundable $25.00 registration fee is required at the time of registration payable to The Mom's Helper.

Payment will be made for all school days.

Should a student not ride any day of the week, full payment is still due.
We accept the following payment methods for weekly tuition:

By creating a login and choosing the pay tab at themomshelper.com, Pay Pal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Cash.

Payments made by cash must be in a sealed envelope. (Be sure to include your child's name and school)
Cancellation:​

A two week's advance notice must be given when terminating service. A $20 cancellation fee is charged along with one week's tuition if two weeks notice is not given.
